Taggart Electric Inc. is a family owned, full-service electrical contractor founded in Chicago in 2005. Founder and owner, Andrew Taggart, is a licensed and bonded electrician with more than 25 years experience in the field. Our diverse and dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional quality, value and service across a wide range of electrical applications.

The son of an electrician, owner and supervising electrician Andrew Taggart, has been changing lights and running wire since he was ten years old. He worked in various trades throughout high school and college and gained his Illinois Electrician’s License in 2005. From a single electrician making service calls, Taggart Electric Inc. has grown to multiple teams completing new construction, build-outs, and high efficiency retrofits throughout Chicago and across the country.​​
